Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Systems Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of complex workforce technology implementations for global organisations across Europe, North America and beyond.
As part of our Implementation Team, you will lead the successful delivery of complex global system implantations for our clients, bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver exceptional outcomes. Working closely with our Implementation and Managed Service Provider (MSP) Team, our clients, and our third-party technology partner, you will coordinate the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring workstreams are effectively managed and project milestones are successfully delivered.

This role is at the heart of our implementation, guiding projects from kick-off through to go-live, proactively finding answers, resolving challenges and driving the project forward to ensure successful launch.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Project Manager, you will:
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies and milestones, providing regular progress updates.
- Plan and facilitate client workshops to understand business processes and operational requirements.
- Capture key workshop outcomes, actions and decisions to ensure alignment across project teams.
- Map and document current and future business processes and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and system design documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design efficient, user-focused processes and system workflows.
- Support system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities.
- Develop user guides, training materials and implementation documentation to support successful system adoption.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring requirements, decisions and system capabilities are clearly recorded.

What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, bringing clarity to complexity and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll ideally have:
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing complex global projects across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to the success of the wider project team.
- Experience coordinating third-party technology providers and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Excellent attention to detail with outstanding documentation and organisational skills.
- A technical mindset and willingness to understand how systems, data, people and processes work together.
- Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), HRIS platforms, workforce management technology or similar workflow-based systems would be highly advantageous.
