Project Manager – Lab Systems & OT Security
Location: Oxford, UK (5 days onsite) Duration: 6–12 Month Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Lab Systems & OT Security programme across multiple UK and US sites.
Responsibilities
- Drive planning, delivery, and governance across multiple security workstreams
- Manage:
- Project plans
- RAID logs
- Dependencies
- Milestones
- Stakeholder reporting
- Coordinate Agile delivery with:
- Engineers
- Business analysts
- Site teams
- Lead:
- Sprint planning
- Stand-ups
- Programme reviews
- Produce executive reporting and communicate progress to senior stakeholders
- Manage:
- Vendor coordination
- Change activities
- Post-implementation hypercare

Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience delivering complex IT or Cyber Security programmes
- Strong knowledge of:
- Jira
- Microsoft Project
- Smartsheet
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience using:
- Confluence
- ServiceNow
- Microsoft Office
- Exposure to:
- Lab Systems
- Operational Technology (OT)
- Cyber Security environments -Highly desirable
