Project Manager - M&A

5 days onsite

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions to lead critical integration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired businesses are effectively integrated into our existing IT landscape, with minimal disruption to operations.

This is a highly stakeholder-focused role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end IT integration projects following mergers and acquisitions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and align expectations
  • Drive the integration of key systems (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, and operational platforms)
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
  • Ensure seamless data migration, system compatibility, and process alignment
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver integration milestones
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks where appropriate
  • Support post-integration optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
