Project Manager - M&A
5 days onsite
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions to lead critical integration projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that newly acquired businesses are effectively integrated into our existing IT landscape, with minimal disruption to operations.
This is a highly stakeholder-focused role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT integration projects following mergers and acquisitions
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business units to gather requirements and align expectations
- Drive the integration of key systems (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, and operational platforms)
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers
- Ensure seamless data migration, system compatibility, and process alignment
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver integration milestones
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and escalate risks where appropriate
- Support post-integration optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in M&A environments
- Strong track record of delivering system integration projects within manufacturing or distribution sectors (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data migration, and system interoperability
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)

Working Arrangements
- Full-time onsite role (5 days per week) near Minworth
- Flexibility to travel to other UK sites as required
