  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery

  • Create and manage safe systems of work, including RAMS
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities
  • Oversee quality assurance, inspections, audits, and project handovers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery

What You’ll Get

  • Full ownership of projects from planning through to successful delivery
  • Opportunity to work on varied civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to projects across multiple sectors, including infrastructure and industrial environments
  • A high level of autonomy with support from an experienced team
  • Ongoing development to strengthen your technical and leadership skills
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing organisation
  • Exposure to all aspects of project delivery, from commercial through to operational management
  • A safety-first culture with strong systems and support in place
  • The opportunity to lead teams and make a visible impact on project success

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
