Make the extraordinary, everlasting - with us.

At EC, we craft extraordinary experiences that leave a lasting impression - not just for our clients, but for our people too. We blend the big ideas of a creative agency with the meticulous execution of a production company, bringing bold, imaginative events to life.

We’re collaborative, down-to-earth, and serious about delivering quality - all while finding time for lightness and fun. If you’re someone who’s curious, adaptable and excited to do meaningful work with a team that’s got your back, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

EC have an opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in event production to join our team. Reporting to a senior member of the department, this role is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of events.

Within this role, you will be the main client point of contact to manage production-led enquiries that encompass technical, scenic and other elements of event production. You will work with and be supported by our internal teams to take a project from initial enquiry right through to on-site delivery.

You will support our Growth team in nurturing client and venue relationships by providing exceptional service that encourages repeat business. This is not a technical or scenic role, however you do need a confident understanding of production, event delivery and have a commercial mindset to steer a project and ensure our clients’ success.

You will thrive here if..

  • You have relevant experience in the events industry, ideally with a production background.
  • You’re cool, calm and collected. Sometimes this role requires complex stakeholder management, and you are never afraid to step in to bring a challenging conversation to a positive conclusion for all.
  • You have either experience in event management or event production. You will need to be able to confidently talk to clients about their projects.
  • You have good attention to detail and experience in event production. One of our values is #AlwaysExcellent, and you understand that detail matters in this world.
  • You enjoy pitching for new business and enjoy the thrill of converting a new enquiry.
  • You can confidently communicate with multiple stakeholders.
  • You have experience with project financials and have an understanding of revenue, GP, and margins.
  • You are happy to have targets around profit and conversion.
  • You’re naturally confident and your approach to creative projects brings your client on a journey with you and the team.
  • Sustainability matters to you. We’ve committed to our 2030 Pledge and we’ll expect you to come on that journey with us.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
