I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a leading Investor, Developer, and Asset Manager of exceptionally high quality, and sustainable Office projects in central London. The business has won numerous industry awards for their schemes and are busier than ever. The role would see you be their first in house Project Management hire, so the opportunity to grow with the business is very unique. You would have the opportunity to work on high profile London projects, covering a mixture of Cut and Carve, Shell and Core, Façade Retentions, and Refurbishments.

The role would see you work alongside an experienced Development team, and have involvement right from the concept stages of all projects. This role would suit someone who has already led the Project Management functions of an office scheme from the get go, right the way through to handover, ideally as a Development project rather than just Cat A or B.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
