Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives within the Eurofins Forensics programme. The role is responsible for ensuring that business priorities are translated into structured delivery plans and executed in a controlled, consistent, and high-quality manner.
The successful candidate will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and technical delivery teams, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and delivery execution. Strong experience in Agile environments and use of Azure DevOps is required.
You will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple workstreams, while maintaining strong governance, clear reporting, and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Manage RAID logs, reporting, and governance materials
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, operational, and technical teams
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery execution
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery progress
- Support Agile delivery using Azure DevOps
- Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Qualifications
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager (7+ years) with a strong background in complex business or technology environments. You should have proven experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders, with the ability to translate business priorities into structured delivery plans.
Strong experience working with both business and technical teams is essential, along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
You must have strong experience in governance, reporting, and delivery control, including RAID logs, status reporting, and steering materials. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to remain structured and effective in fast-moving environments.
Experience in regulated, laboratory, forensic, or similarly complex environments would be an advantage.
