The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will take full accountability for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of project works from concept to completion. Working closely with client stakeholders, contract teams and specialist partners, you’ll identify, shape and deliver a robust pipeline of project opportunities.

Your work will span a diverse portfolio—from corporate refurbishments to life sciences modifications, from healthcare upgrades to workplace optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building short, medium and long‑term project pipelines across your customer portfolio Using LCR and FMR data to support long‑term capex planning Leveraging on‑site presence to uncover new opportunities and strengthen relationships Hosting clients, presenting case studies, and positioning CBRE as trusted advisor Working with developers, designers and subcontractors to define and document scope Managing tender processes and analysing sub‑contractor returns Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM regulations Identifying and managing statutory, commercial and QHSE risk Overseeing daily project operations including estimating, QS, subcontractor and site management Ensuring full adherence to project governance, policies and documentation standards Managing P&L performance and commercial terms to protect margins and minimise risk Delivering monthly reports and maintaining full, clear project documentation
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines Degree in Project or Construction Management APM or PRINCE2 certification SMSTS, CDM competency, NEBOSH, IOSH CSCS Black Card

Experience
Proven project management experience in M&E, construction, FM or critical environments Demonstrable track record in developing new project opportunities Experience running a P&L Bid, tender and proposal creation and management Leading teams in high‑pressure, customer‑focused environments

A natural relationship builder with strong influencing skills Highly organised, detail‑driven and commercially aware A proactive problem‑solver able to challenge the status quo Energised, confident and able to inspire trust Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management ability Creative, analytical and resilient Politically astute and able to work across complex business environments
Travel Requirements
Some travel and occasional overnight stays may be required to support operational delivery, training and business reviews.
