Are you ready to lead high-impact projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector?
At Equans Sci-Tech, we are expanding our specialist team and looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver excellence in M&E and fit out works across complex, regulated environments. The role would be based in Motherwell with regular travel to sites.
We design, build and maintain cutting-edge facilities for some of the most innovative clients in the industry. If you are passionate about quality, safety and delivering results, we would love to hear from you.
What you will deliver?
- Lead, manage and support a team to deliver projects safely, on time and to the highest standards.
- Oversee M&E and fit out works from concept through to commissioning and handover.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, environmental and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors, chair meetings and track progress.
- Support project planning, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide operational guidance and contribute to best practice development.

Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Background in MEP project management.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Client focused with the ability to build strong client relationships with strong communication skills.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Health & Safety awareness and commercial acumen.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, cleanroom or healthcare environments and familiarity with controlled environments and commissioning processes is desirable.
- Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services discipline is desirable.
