Company Description

PROPABILITY LTD – Designing & Manufacturing Creative Vision is a specialist provider of high-quality visual display solutions for the retail and events industry across the UK. Established in 2005, the company works closely with clients to translate creative concepts into impactful, tailor-made installations that support business goals. PROPABILITY combines state-of-the-art technology with expert craftsmanship across all aspects of design, scenic construction, shop fits, sculpting & prop making with in-house CNC machining, and 3D printing capabilities.

Role Description

We are looking for a Project Manager (mid weight) to join us on site full time at our offices and workshop in Southwest London. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from start to finish, you will champion client briefs, estimate project costs and work closely with the production team to ensure that all builds meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.

As part of a wider team, you will ensure projects are delivered on time to the highest quality and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client briefs and champion their requirements.
  • Present and communicate with clients as required.
  • Manage the flow of information with external and internal teams.
  • Estimate project costs, generating quotes and proposals.
  • Manage & maintain timelines & budgets.
  • Compile and adjust documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify risks and solve issues as they arrive.
  • Pro-active presence where required by the project (office, workshop, on site).
  • Ensure that all builds meet the company’s quality standards specifications.
  • Attending site visits, client meetings install and derigs where required.
  • Planning schedules, crew and logistics for on-site installations and derigs.
  • Supporting continuous improvements across project delivery and workshop operations with the wider team.

Skills & Experience

  • Confident in Project Management
  • Experience in the estimation of bespoke projects.
  • Experience working in a production environment for scenic production, retail shop fit & events an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Project management processes.
  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Sketch up an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment.
