About The Role...
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the mobilisation of a large-scale contract over a 6-month period. This is a pivotal role, responsible for owning and driving the mobilisation project plan to get us ready for a potential 1st January 2027 go-live date.
You will coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams - including Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Product Development, Sales, Tech, Finance and People - ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholders remain fully aligned throughout the mobilisation phase.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a qualified project manager who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, enjoys working across diverse teams, and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved when needed.

- Manage timelines, dependencies, and scope
- Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) management
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Governance and reporting
- Readiness for go-live

Who are you?
- Collaborative and confident, able to bring structure and clarity to complex situations
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable making recommendations and driving decisions
- Resilient under pressure, with the ability to remain calm and focused around critical deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership, with a clear commitment to delivery - including a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when needed
Skills And Experience
- Significant experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, multi-workstream projects or programmes
- Proven track record of mobilising large-scale contracts or operational programmes in a commercial environment
- Strong experience of RAID management, project planning, and dependency mapping
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (e.g., Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech, Finance, People)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership reporting
- Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of recognised project management methodologies and best practice
