About Roland Berger

Consulting is about creativity, diversity, strategic thinking, and hands-on teamwork. At Roland Berger, you’ll experience the best of both worlds: the global reach and rigour of a top-tier strategy consultancy, combined with the entrepreneurial spirit of a close-knit, collaborative team.

From day one, you’ll work directly with senior colleagues and clients, taking ownership of meaningful projects and developing rapidly through mentorship, structured training, and international opportunities.

We are looking for individuals who bring their personal strengths and share our entrepreneurial mindset to create and shape new ideas. We value inquisitive thinkers who can form compelling arguments with depth, clarity, and conviction. In return, we provide active mentoring, structured development, and exposure across sectors and capabilities.

About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to work in our UK Mobility and Transaction & Investor Support (TIS) practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Mobility, Automotive and Energy.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of consulting projects for private equity and corporate clients, leading day-to-day operations, guiding teams, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include delivering strategy, operational excellence, due diligence and value creation projects, collaborating closely with Roland Berger and client teams, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
