TechLabs London is a fast-growing technology company with offices in the UK (High Wycombe), UAE (Dubai) and the Development Centre in Egypt (Cairo). Due to exponential growth, we are looking to expand our team by bringing in an experienced capable Project Manager with strong experience in delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM based projects.
Project Manager role As a Project Manager, you will be delivering business value to our clients through the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, consultancy teams and other business units to ensure successful project delivery and execution. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective scope control, and ensuring solution compliance to business objectives. Developing project plans which define the actions required to meet the project goals. Executing these plans whilst monitoring progress from the outset through to closure. Managing budgets and team schedules, identifying and allocating resources to maximise quality and efficiency, and ensuring project profitability. Acting as a single point of contact for assigned projects. Engaging with key stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs and identify key pain points to overcome as well as define quick wins where possible. Identifying and managing the project risks and development of contingency plans Skills and experience The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, analysis and communication skills, and proven experience in delivering successful Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM based projects. Here are some of the things that we’re looking for: Proven experience in project delivery (full lifecycle) Experience in the Property and Housing Industry is highly desirable. Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is an advantage. Ability to understand our business, our technology, products, and market approaches is an essential part of this role. Ability to rapidly build relationships with stakeholders with different backgrounds. Motivational by leading by example and supporting the team throughout the projects. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative without detailed guidance on multiple projects at any one time. Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Ability to learn new technologies and provide demo solutions and functionality to various stakeholder groups. Advanced IT skills and computer user knowledge and skills are an absolute must as almost all our business operations are conducted online, via chat platform (Slack), Kanban boards (Trello) and communication via Digital platforms (Microsoft Teams). Working experience in Agile SCRUM or Agile Kanban environment. Work Arrangements: This is a UK-based, full-time, permanent position with remote working opportunities provided you can work effectively. There is occasional travel to client sites depending on the business needs.
