Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager for mortgages & savings services who thrives in fast-paced environments and has successfully delivered projects for software providers or FinTech vendors. If you are passionate about delivering cutting-edge cloud migrations, software upgrades and implementations, and possess strong leadership, stakeholder management and project delivery skills, we would love to hear from you! What will the role involve? Leading and delivering high-impact technology projects across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations Working directly with key stakeholders to scope, plan, and deliver solutions that meet their business needs, and collaborating with talented internal teams and stakeholders to drive success Owning and managing risks, opportunities, budgets, and timelines with confidence Supporting joint steering committees, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making Working in an innovative and solutions-focused environment to enable seamless project execution Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our project management craft competency Potentially, the leadership and delivery of bespoke, internal or external technical work packages or projects Qualifications What are we looking for? Experience delivering external client projects in a supplier/vendor environment—essential Proven experience in project management and delivery. Knowledge of cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Financial services experience? Even better! Proficiency in escalation management—resolving challenges effectively. Financial services or regulatory environment experience? Even better! Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus! Don't meet every single requirement? That's okay, and you aren't alone!
