Project Manager
IT Project Manager – Retail (£65K - £70K)
Our multi-site retail client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for delivering transformative technology changes. As they embark on a significant transformation programme across a multinational market, they need a collaborative and driven leader to spearhead key initiatives.
This role involves managing end-to-end delivery of IT and business transformation projects, ensuring improved customer experience, operational performance, and business value. You’ll work with cross-functional teams—both internal and external—to drive impactful outcomes.

About the Role
The IT Project Manager will:
- Deliver cross-functional IT and business transformation projects
- Oversee project plans, risks, budgets, and timelines
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Support Agile and Lean delivery practices
- Drive continuous improvement across existing delivery frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should have:
- Experience in delivering technology-enabled change projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in managing project budgets and governance frameworks
- (Desirable) Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- (Advantageous) Sector knowledge: Retail, hospitality, or leisure

Benefits & Working Arrangements
- Base salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
- Benefits package included
- Location: West London, with a requirement for 4 days per week on site
