Project Manager – EPD & NPD
Location: Huddersfield, UK Type: Full-time | Permanent
About the Role

Guided by our values of Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One STADA, we seek an exceptional Project Manager to steer high-impact New Product Development (NPD) & Existing Product Development (EPD) projects in a fast-paced pharma/FMCG environment.
This role is perfect for a confident leader who thrives in driving cross-functional teams, balancing pace with precision, and delivering projects that shape tomorrow’s product range—touching our brands, customers, and consumers while fostering process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Guide end-to-end project lifecycles—from initial scope and strategy to launch execution.
- Ensure NPD & EPD projects align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and go-to-market timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- coordenate cross-functional teams while keeping all stakeholders aligned and aligned on progress.
- Conduct project reviews to track milestones, resolve blockers, and mitigate risks early.
Strategic Prioritisation
- Leverage influence and judgement to prioritise high-impact projects based on commercial and operational needs.
- Navigate stage-gate governance (UK and global) by producing robust documentation and maintaining accurate progress trackers.

- Manage scope and timeline shifts professionally, communicating changes transparently to stakeholders.
- Drive post-project reviews to embed best practice and enhance future delivery.

Requirements
- Proven project management experience, ideally with FMCG and/or regulated pharma exposure (bonus if specialising in Rx, OTC or health/beauty).
- Strong track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams in fast-moving environments.
- A commercial mindset with deep understanding of NPD & EPD processes and how supplier teams contribute to success.
- Exemplary communication—persuasive written and verbal skills, adept negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to organise rigorously while remaining proactive and adaptable in dynamic scenarios.
- Resilient decision-making under pressure, with professionalism in ambiguity.
