Project Manager

๐Ÿ“ Bristol, UK
๐Ÿ—๏ธ Nuclear New Build & Regulated Industries
๐Ÿ’ผ Permanent | Full-Time

Lead Critical Infrastructure Projects That Shape the Future

At Boccard UK, we are delivering complex engineering and manufacturing solutions that support some of the most significant nuclear and energy projects in Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Bristol team and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile projects within highly regulated environments.

This is an opportunity for a project professional who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building strong client relationships, and wants to contribute to projects that make a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and scope definition through to final acceptance.
  • Leading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating resources effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
  • Managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and performance.
  • Driving project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Working closely with our manufacturing facility in North Wales and project stakeholders across the UK.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
