Project Manager
Collateral and Liquidity Management (CaLM) – Project Delivery Manager
Role Location: London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG)
About the Role
Collateral and Liquidity Management (CaLM) delivers an integrated cash collateral investment and liquidity management service across LCH clearing service lines. This Project Delivery Manager role oversees the strategic delivery of leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance, planning, risk management, and execution principles. The responsibility spans both LCH Ltd and LCH SA, ensuring consistency and efficacy across the project lifecycle.
This position leads the development of digital asset capabilities and associated business use cases while managing strategic initiatives across CaLM’s portfolio. CaLM supports LSEG’s core objectives—strategic, regulatory, resilience, and growth—for collateral and liquidity management globally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within the CaLM portfolio.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate business and technology workstreams to facilitate seamless execution.
- Ensure project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies are managed effectively.
- Report and track progress against delivery objectives and celebrate measurable achievements.
2. Governance and Change Control
- Ensure all projects align with the LSEG Change Framework and governance requirements.
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, decision logs, and action-tracking mechanisms.
- Support business case development, funding approvals, and change control processes.
- Produce high-quality governance reports for stakeholders, including senior management.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Engage with external partners, vendors, regulators, and market participants where required.
- Lead project working groups, customer forums, and decision-making communication within teams.
4. Planning, Risk and Dependency Management
- Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and business outcomes, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Enhance coordination across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Support delivery assurance and remediation processes to ensure successful outcomes.

5. Testing, Readiness and Implementation
- Coordinate testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities.
- Assure business readiness and transition into business-as-usual processes.
- Monitor post-implementation activities and execute ongoing delivery commitments.
6. Reporting and Communications
- Provide regular status updates on deliverables, risks, financials, and dependencies.
- Prepare reports for governance forums and senior management.
- Manage customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with objectives.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills
- Proven experience in: delivering financial services, complex business, and technology change initiatives.
- Strong planning, governance, and delivery management capabilities.
- Collaboration expertise: managing cross-functional programmes involving business, operations, technology, and control functions.
- Gold certification in change management and controlled risk training.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adeptly managing competing priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
- Preferred knowledge areas:
- Collateral and liquidity management process.
- Digital assets, digital and post-trade market infrastructure.
- Regulatory or operational compliance considerations in jurisdictionally complex environments.
