Project Manager

Project Manager (Digital & IT)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team at Sizewell C, where you will be responsible for the successful delivery of digital and IT systems that support the design, construction, and long-term operation of the UK’s largest new nuclear power station.

You will lead cross-functional projects spanning:

  • Enterprise IT systems
  • Engineering tools
  • Construction technologies
  • Data platforms
  • Collaboration tools

Ensuring digital and IT initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with project and business objectives.


About You

You will be an exceptional leader with a strong background in IT and digital project management. Ideal candidates will have:

✔ A strong track record in delivering IT and digital projects in large, complex organisations, ideally within infrastructure, engineering, energy, or regulated sectors

✔ Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Prince2 Practitioner, APM, or equivalent)

✔ Excellent organisational and detail-oriented skills

Location & Contract

📍 London (hybrid basis) with occasional travel to Suffolk 📝 Permanent, full-time 💰 Competitive salary (dependent on experience) 🎁 Comprehensive benefits including:

  • 28 days’ annual leave (increasing to 30 days after 5 years) + bank holidays
  • 5% annual bonus
  • Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (up to 7.5% employee contribution | 15% employer contribution)
