Project Manager – Operating Model Design – Saudi market

Contract duration: 6 months contract
Pay: £675-800/day via PAYE or umbrella (inside IR35)
Location: London (4 days onsite)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document the end-to-end Saudi custody operating model in collaboration with bank SMEs.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and identify business, operational, and regulatory gaps.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Client Service.
  • Define target-state processes, controls, roles, and operating procedures.
  • Document Saudi market requirements, including EDAA, Tadawul, and regulatory obligations.
  • Produce process maps, requirements documentation, and RACI models.
  • Support implementation planning, governance, and readiness reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to validate operating model design.

  • Experience with the Saudi capital markets.
  • Operating model design within custody, asset servicing, or financial market infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of custody operations, settlement, cash, and asset servicing.
  • Experience delivering large-scale market entry, regulatory, or transformation programs.
  • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into business and operational capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
