Role: Project Manager - Oracle EBS Release Manager
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Location: UK, Remote
Your role:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end release lifecycle for Oracle HRMS EBS within an AMS environment, ensuring seamless deployment, regulatory compliance, and minimal business disruption for UK payroll and HR functions.

Responsibilities:
- Define and manage release strategy, calendars, and deployment plans.
- Coordinate across functional, technical, and testing teams.
- Ensure regression, SIT, and UAT completion before release.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Ensure compliance with UK statutory/payroll updates.
- Govern release sign-offs and production deployment.
Required:
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, UK Payroll, Absence), Technical etc.,
- Strong release management experience in AMS.
- Knowledge of ITIL and change management processes.
- Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.

Preferred:
- Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Should have at least 12~15 years of experience & should have managed large scale projects as release manager.
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
