Project Manager – Oracle Fusion
9-12 Month Contract | London (Hybrid)
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm operating across multiple international offices. The organisation is embarking on a significant finance transformation programme centred on the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud and is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to drive delivery.
This is not a programme management or oversight role. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in the day-to-day management of the implementation, working closely with Finance, Technology, Systems Integrators, and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong Private Equity (in-house or consulting background), having led Oracle Fusion implementation projects within a Big 4, management consulting, or specialist transformation consultancy environment.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, ensuring successful execution across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and business adoption.
You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage project governance, and act as the central point of accountability for delivery, timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
