Role: Delivery/Programme Manager – D365 F&O Transformation

We’re currently supporting a technology-led transformation consultancy helping organisations modernise their core business systems and improve operational performance through data-driven and enterprise technology solutions.
They support organisations across SME, mid-market, and enterprise sectors, helping them streamline operations, modernise legacy systems, and improve financial and supply chain processes through scalable digital platforms.
The Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) transformation programme within a fast-paced, growing organisation. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role, responsible for driving end-to-end implementation, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery across internal and external teams.

You will act as the central point of accountability for delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure scope, timelines, and quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a D365 F&O transformation programme across multiple business functions
- Own programme governance, delivery planning, risk management, and reporting
- Manage offshore, nearshore, and third-party delivery teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
- Ensure delivery stays on track across multiple workstreams including finance, supply chain, and operations
- Drive resolution of delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations in a structured and proactive manner
- Maintain strong programme discipline while enabling agile and iterative delivery where appropriate

Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) programmes end-to-end
- Strong background in Programme Management or Delivery Management within complex transformation environments
- Experience managing offshore / distributed teams and external vendors or system integrators
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business and IT leadership
- Ability to operate confidently in less technical environments while maintaining delivery control
