Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time, within scope, and within budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Manage project resources, priorities, and dependencies effectively
- Track project performance using KPIs and prepare regular progress reports
- Ensure compliance with project management standards, company policies, and quality requirements
- Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent
- Experience managing IT, software development, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or digital transformation projects
- Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
- Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement methodologies
