Job Title: Sales & Marketing Project Manager
Location: Walton Oaks, UK
Contract: 12 Months
We're looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile global packaging project. You'll work with cross-functional and international stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve the desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and delivery.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams and drive project milestones.
- Monitor project performance, provide progress reports, and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure effective governance, documentation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven Project Management experience, ideally within packaging, FMCG, or product innovation.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership across global teams.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
