Project Manager - Paid Media
We're excited to be working with an award-winning integrated agency who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of digital performance campaigns across a varied global client portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who enjoys bringing together people, projects and processes to deliver outstanding client results.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple digital campaigns from planning through to delivery, working closely with client services and specialist teams to ensure projects stay on track, budgets are managed, and clients receive an exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the successful delivery of performance marketing campaigns from briefing to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams, timelines and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
- Build and maintain project plans, ensuring deadlines and milestones are achieved.
- Work closely with client-facing teams to provide updates, manage expectations and resolve challenges.
- Monitor campaign progress, budgets and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Produce project reporting, maintain documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support continuous improvements to internal delivery processes and workflows.

About You:
You'll have previous project management experience within a marketing, digital or media agency and be confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone with:
- Agency-based project management experience.
- Exposure to paid media, PPC or performance marketing.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
- Familiarity with project management platforms and collaborative working tools.
