Join us as a Project Manager, PBWM CDIO Investment Management

Take on a critical technology role with us and make a tangible effect on our Private Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) function. You’ll prepare a technology business case for the programme with a clear line of sight to the customer value and you'll recommend and implement technology systems to support our investment management business.

It’s a fantastic chance to put your existing project management skills to the test and advance your career. You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend a significant amount of time working from an office or hub.

What you'll do

  • You’ll drive the focus on delivering customer value by following the defined programme as directed by senior managers, including the preferred technology methodology in partnership with various stakeholders, making sure they follow the appropriate objectives, structure and scope.
  • You’ll also drive the technology business case as set by the senior technology programme manager for the programme, with a clear line of sight to the customer value being delivered, in accordance with the technology investment portfolio and funding requirements.
  • You’ll also:
    • Prepare and take ownership for all project plans and controls and resource plans.
    • Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
    • Lead and define a project initiation document or equivalent Agile artefact, ensuring that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to the company’s strategic goals.
    • Analyse problem and opportunity statements and prepare estimates for approval, supporting the creation of a target operating model and technology business case.
    • Track and report on project costs and make sure the project is completed within allotted budgets.
    • Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
