Join us as a Project Manager, PBWM CDIO Investment Management
Take on a critical technology role with us and make a tangible effect on our Private Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) function
You’ll prepare a technology business case for the programme with a clear line of sight to the customer value and you'll recommend and implement technology systems to support our investment management business

You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend a significant amount of time working from an office or hub
What you'll do
- You’ll drive the focus on delivering customer value by following the defined programme as directed by senior managers, including the preferred technology methodology in partnership with various stakeholders, making sure they follow the appropriate objectives, structure and scope.
- You’ll also drive the technology business case as set by the senior technology programme manager for the programme, with a clear line of sight to the customer value being delivered, in accordance with the technology investment portfolio and funding requirements.

You’ll Also
- Prepare and take ownership for all project plans and controls and resource plans
- Identify, track, manage and mitigate any project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Lead and define a project initiation document or equivalent Agile artefact, ensuring that the solution clearly supports and is aligned to the company’s strategic goals
- Analyse problem and opportunity statements and prepare estimates for approval, supporting the creation of a target operating model and technology business case
- Track and report on project costs and make sure the project is completed within allotted budgets
- Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders

The skills you'll need
You’ll need an appropriate project management qualification and proven change management experience.
You’ll Also Need
- Experience implementing and configuring Aladdin Wealth in a Private Banking and Wealth Management setting
- Experience of integrating systems with Avaloq
- Experience of defining a target operating model for technology architecture
- Experience of delivering strategic projects that support the business strategy and its growth agenda
- Experience of delivering programme management in a technology or IT function using Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies as well as Waterfall methods where needed
