A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our team as a Performance Program Manager, where you will drive operational excellence and lead performance control management across business-as-usual (BAU) activities. Imagine owning the performance KPI management and control processes while spearheading improvement initiatives that enhance our manufacturing, assembly, and testing operations. You will ensure that performance data is accurate and actionable, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that delivers best-in-class outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in aligning planning, execution, and performance, all while maintaining a world-class delivery performance standard.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead and coordinate performance KPI metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance daily BAU processes.
  • Ensure performance data is accurate, visible, and actionable for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Own and deliver cross-functional BAU performance improvement projects, ensuring measurable and sustainable outcomes.
  • Act as the owner of the risk register, identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks effectively to maintain world-class delivery performance.
  • Produce and manage weekly and monthly performance reports, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
