Team members collaborate across disciplines (IT Infrastructure – Active and Passive, Physical Security, AV, Lighting Control, & Smart Tech) to deliver reliable, future-ready buildings for a wide range of clients.

A full-time Project Manager role based in Greater London, with flexibility allowed for some work from home.

This role oversees multidisciplinary infrastructure installation projects from planning through to execution, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and adherence to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Track progress, budgets, and schedules
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and clients
- Proactively address risks, issues, and problems
- Maintain accurate documentation and project reporting
- Support continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Contribute to best practices across the organisation
- Occasionally support skills development for talent interested in expanding into adjacent technical areas
Qualifications & Requirements
Core Skills & Experience
- Strong project management experience, including oversight of complex, multidisciplinary installations
- Familiarity with materials and resource management
- Inspection and quality assurance (QA) experience, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards
- Specialised technical or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CTPM) hold further value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in data centre or commercial IT infrastructure environments preferred

Formal Qualifications
- A degree or qualification in engineering, IT, construction management, or a related field is beneficial
- Relevant industry certifications further enhance eligibility
