Job Overview

The Central Engineering GPU Group produces graphics hardware and software products for mobile and embedded devices. Our Mali™ Graphics Processor is #1 shipping GPU globally!

Responsibilities

  • Work with engineering teams across multiple sites to ensure the high-quality, on-specification, and timely delivery of GPU products.
  • Support GPU Portfolio operations, partnering closely with engineering and portfolio leadership teams to provide data-driven insights that enable effective decision-making and help drive successful portfolio outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics, building and integrating datasets from multiple sources to provide accurate, timely, and actionable management information.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and governance activities through analysis and reporting, while establishing and maintaining regular operational and review cadences across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase operational efficiency, and enhance decision support through the effective application of data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tooling.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Experience in project management and delivery using leading methodologies and with a proven track record in managing and successful delivery of semiconductor hardware projects, ideally from project initiation phase until product delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability in building plans from high-level requirements to a detailed schedule and the ability to track, monitor and control project activity across multiple locations and disciplines.
  • Ability to provide clear, concise reporting and influence key stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience developing and maintaining portfolio reporting solutions, dashboards and metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building, managing and interpreting complex datasets to support business decision making.
  • Experience using project management, reporting and data visualisation tools to provide actionable insights to engineering and leadership teams.

“Nice To Have” Skills And Experience

  • Experience of hardware/software development flows, processes and practices.
  • Experience of portfolio management, resource planning and organisational performance reporting.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualisation platforms.
