We are recruiting on behalf of a growing technology business operating within a specialist professional services market. The company provides a digital platform that helps consumers make more informed decisions when choosing service providers while also supporting businesses with tools to manage reputation, client feedback, online visibility, and customer engagement.
The platform includes features such as:
- Verified client feedback
- Profile management
- Service-specific search functionality
- Website integrations
- Automated review collection
- Analytics
- Tools designed to improve customer acquisition and trust
As the business continues to scale, our client is increasing the size and complexity of the product and technology projects it delivers. Upcoming initiatives include:
- New client journey functionality
- Platform expansion
- Enhanced user-facing features
- Potential mobile application development
They are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to help bring structure, visibility, and momentum to these projects.
The Role
This is a hands-on Project Manager position working across product, technology, and operations.
You will coordinate and drive the delivery of a range of projects, from smaller client-led improvements to larger strategic product and platform initiatives. Working closely with software development, design, marketing, operations, and senior stakeholders, you will ensure projects are:
- Clearly scoped
- Well planned
- Effectively communicated
- Properly documented
- Delivered in line with business priorities
The successful candidate will bring:

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of product, technical, and operational projects

Working Pattern
- Location: Nottingham (office-based)
- Pattern: Full-time, 5 days per week in-office
