Position Overview
ReefPoint Group is seeking Project Managers and Program Managers to support delivery, execution, and client leadership across federal programs and initiatives.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy leading teams, managing complexity, and helping clients achieve operational and strategic objectives. We are seeking individuals who can balance project execution with stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and client partnership.
Successful candidates will bring strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills, along with experience supporting federal programs, consulting engagements, or mission-focused initiatives.

What You'll Do
- Lead project and program delivery activities supporting federal clients and mission objectives
- Manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and project priorities
- Coordinate and align internal teams, client stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
- Monitor project health, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communication to maintain alignment and transparency
- Support financial, operational, and delivery oversight activities as appropriate
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and support effective communication across teams
- Support organizational growth, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence initiatives
- Contribute to operational planning, problem-solving, and strategic execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience managing projects, workstreams, or client-facing initiatives
- Experience coordinating stakeholders, managing schedules, and supporting delivery execution
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative and client-facing environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal agencies including VA, DoD, DHA, or civilian agencies
- Experience managing consulting engagements or client delivery environments
- Experience with project financial oversight, budgeting, or resource planning
- Experience managing risk, dependencies, and operational execution
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred
- Experience supporting healthcare, operational, or mission-focused programs
- Public Trust or security clearance eligibility or active clearance
