Project Manager – Electrical Safety & Monitoring Solutions

Role Purpose

The Project Manager plans, coordinates, and delivers projects across Bender UK’s portfolio, ensuring timely, scoped, and budget-aligned completion. You’ll work with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth execution from planning through handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects—meeting timelines, scope, and budget.
  • Plan and prioritise workloads to coordinate project activities efficiently.
  • Align internal and external resources for installations, commissioning, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure documentation, drawings, and technical information are prepared.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and communication.
  • Resolve project and technical queries, coordinating across relevant teams.
  • Support budgeting and financial tracking, monitoring costs and performance.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Attend site and project meetings, representing Bender UK professionally.
  • Oversee project documentation, including Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Maintain accurate project data in CRM systems.
  • Foster collaboration between Engineering, Service, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvement in project standards and workflow.
  • Prepare project handover documentation and facilitate post-project reviews.

Skills & Experience

Essential

✔ Experience managing or coordinating projects in technical, engineering, or healthcare environments. ✔ Strong organisational and time-management skills. ✔ Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management. ✔ Problem-solving with risk mitigation and issue resolution. ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.

Desirable

✔ Project management qualification (e.g., APM, PRINCE2). ✔ Experience with technical/engineering teams. ✔ Knowledge of healthcare or construction/project environments. ✔ Electrical or technical background. ✔ Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
