Shopfitting | Retail Fit-Out | Commercial Interiors

Take Ownership of Projects That Matter

If you're the kind of Project Manager who enjoys running projects from the first estimate through to the final handover, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

A respected family-owned fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality retail, commercial and interior fit-out projects across the UK. Their success has been built on repeat business, trusted client relationships and a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys variety, and wants to play a key role in delivering exceptional projects.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional Project Manager role.

You'll combine project delivery with commercial responsibility, taking ownership from pricing and procurement through to site delivery, final accounts and client handover. No two projects are the same, giving you the chance to work across a wide variety of retail, commercial and interior environments.

Although you'll be based from their Croydon office when not on site, you'll spend much of your time visiting projects throughout London, the South East and occasionally across the UK. If you like being trusted to get on with the job, making decisions and seeing projects through from start to finish, you'll fit in well here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
