Job Description

Managing IT infrastructure projects for a global insurance business. End-to-end ownership from vision to benefits realization, with ability to pick up projects mid-flight.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium-to-large projects/workstreams, defining scope and success criteria
  • Build business cases with sponsors (outcomes, benefits, measures)
  • Manage budget, risks, issues, and resources (including vendors)
  • Ensure delivery covers not just tech, but business change, training, and service integration
  • Close projects and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
