Job Description
Managing IT infrastructure projects for a global insurance business. End-to-end ownership from vision to benefits realization, with ability to pick up projects mid-flight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large projects/workstreams, defining scope and success criteria
- Build business cases with sponsors (outcomes, benefits, measures)
- Manage budget, risks, issues, and resources (including vendors)
- Ensure delivery covers not just tech, but business change, training, and service integration
- Close projects and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement

Required Skills
