Project Manager – Regulatory
Rate: £475 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid – London
Duration: 6 Months
Start: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time
A leading regulatory data and reporting platform is seeking a highly organised Project Manager to drive regulatory data client onboarding projects from initiation through to successful completion for transaction reporting data (SFTR, EMIR, and MiFID). This role is focused on maintaining momentum, managing stakeholders, and ensuring regdata onboarding programmes are delivered at pace to support business growth and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of onboarding project delivery, driving day-to-day milestones and project activities.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies and stakeholder actions across internal and client teams.
- Proactively chase actions, remove blockers and ensure delivery remains on track.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Escalate risks and issues where required and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines to accelerate onboarding and revenue generation.
- Maintain clear governance, accountability and delivery focus throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience
- Proven Project Management experience delivering complex business, technology or client regdata onboarding programmes.
- Strong track record of driving delivery, managing stakeholders and achieving outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent organisation, communication and coordination skills.
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across multiple teams.
- Financial services regulatory technology delivery experience is advantageous.
- Technical or regulatory knowledge is beneficial.
