About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Project Management Specialist to work on a part-time basis. The role involves managing client projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and align project objectives.
- Monitor project progress through regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with remote teams and stakeholders across different time zones.
