About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join the Kounter team, the retail agency (part of the Bluedog Group) - a forward-thinking and highly successful group of agencies, with a global presence.

Due to further sustained growth, we are seeking an experienced, positive, and forward-thinking candidate to join our expanding team. You will need the ability to work autonomously and have good attention to detail. Moving heaven and earth for our clients is a belief you must live by.

You will be required to work on a diverse range of retail projects, including both domestic and travel retail. You will be expected to work across multiple projects concurrently, from taking an initial client brief, working with our in-house creative team on design origination, technical drawings, managing production, budgets, safety paperwork creation and onsite delivery.

This is a challenging and exciting position, combining both technical, personal and creative skills.

Retail projects will be your main focus day-to-day, with an opportunity to work on domestic retail projects as this side of our business continues to grow, too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
