Project Manager – High-Integrity Engineering | Growing Business | Step-Change Role
Location: Camberley | Sector: Nuclear & Defence
We’re an established and growing engineering business (20% annual growth over the past three years), delivering complex, bespoke safety-critical instrumentation products to high-integrity industries.
About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager ready to take ownership of complex, non-standard product delivery—from customer requirements through design, supply chain, assembly, test, qualification, and production. This is not a bureaucratic or reporting role: you’ll be driving tangible outcomes.

- Own and be fully accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from requirement to completion
- Coordinate and challenge across:
- Engineering teams
- External suppliers
- Internal stakeholders
- Navigate complexity, risk, ambiguity, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of stakeholders
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in engineering or project delivery
- Proven track record in:
- Aerospace new product development, or alternatively specialist industries such as nuclear, defence, or comparable high-integrity sectors
- Low-volume, highly regulated product environments
- Ability to execute delivery (not just status reporting) with proven results
- Confidence in senior stakeholder relations while remaining analytical and precise
