WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Project Governance: Maintain project documentation and track task effort in Smartsheet or Certinia.
- Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
- Meeting Leadership: Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
- Conflict Management: Navigate internal resource conflicts effectively to keep projects on track.
- Success Metrics: Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores greater than 4.0.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Typically 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA/Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture.
- SnowPro Core (required within 60 days of hire).
- Fluent in English and local language fluency where required (regional requirements)
