Project Manager – AI Cybersecurity (Contract)
Location: Sheffield, UK (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract: Inside IR35
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – AI Cybersecurity to lead the delivery of AI-enabled cybersecurity initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Cyber Security, Data, and Risk to deliver secure, compliant, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven cybersecurity projects
- Coordinate Engineering, Cyber Security, Data, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance
- Drive Agile delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement secure AI capabilities aligned with business objectives
- Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of Project Management experience, with exposure to Cybersecurity or Technology transformation projects
- Experience delivering AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Cyber Security initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Excellent risk, issue, dependency, and budget management skills
- Strong communication and executive reporting abilities

Nice to Have
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services
- Knowledge of AI/GenAI, Cybersecurity, or Cloud technologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
