Manager – Programme & Project Management

Location: London (Flexible Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £90,000 (depending on experience) + package

Are you an experienced consultant with a strong track record of leading complex digital transformation and change initiatives? This is your opportunity to work with major organisations on high-profile transformation programmes, helping clients navigate complexity, drive meaningful change, and deliver lasting business outcomes.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering large-scale transformation programmes from strategy through to execution. You’ll collaborate closely with senior client stakeholders, leading engagements, solving complex business challenges, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

This role combines hands-on programme leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys helping organisations transform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex programme and project management engagements
  • Manage large-scale digital transformation and business change initiatives
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive teams
  • Identify, analyse, and solve complex business and delivery challenges
  • Drive delivery excellence and ensure successful client outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and steering committees
  • Support business development activities and identify opportunities for account growth
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and project teams
  • Contribute to internal capability development and thought leadership initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of commercial experience delivering complex programmes and projects within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment
  • Strong programme and project management expertise across:
    • Digital transformation
    • Business change
    • Enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify and navigate complex challenges
  • Outstanding communication skills, including experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and large delivery teams
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value for clients
  • Professional certifications (e.g., APM PMQ, PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile) are advantageous
