The Opportunity
We embrace a hybrid way of working and are looking for customer-focused Project Managers who can join our London office—two days a week—to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to our team culture.
In this client-facing role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of customers across new onboarding implementations and ongoing service plan delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive project professional who excels in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and drives accountability and delivery excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead customer onboarding implementations from kick-off to handover and conduct post-implementation reviews
- Develop and maintain detailed implementation plans
- Manage a portfolio of customer delivery engagements, balancing multiple concurrent implementations
- Forecast and report on team utilisation, capacity, allocation trends, and future resource requirements
- Coordinate sprint activities across Advisory and Analytics teams
- Build strong relationships with customers while managing expectations around scope, timelines, responsibilities, and dependencies
- Hold internal delivery teams accountable for agreed actions, delivery dates, and quality outcomes
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, escalating where required and driving timely resolution
- Manage the post-implementation customer survey process and report on customer feedback and improvement opportunities

What You Bring
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, implementation management, or Scrum Master roles within SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services
- Experience in managing multiple customer-facing implementations or service delivery workstreams concurrently
- Strong project reporting and delivery management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of SaaS implementation practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, CRM platforms, and project reporting tools)
- A positive, proactive, and customer-centric approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement

Nice to Have
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in risk management, governance, compliance, or audit-related environments
- Experience with customer feedback programs, including CSAT, NPS, or post-implementation surveys
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards, PSA tools, CRM systems, or customer success platforms
