We're now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our UK delivery team.
About The Role
As an Experienced Project Manager, you will take ownership of the successful delivery of SaaS implementation, upgrade, and change projects for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
Working closely with Business Analysts, technical delivery teams, customer stakeholders, and third-party partners, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.
This is a highly visible role where you will drive delivery excellence, build trusted client relationships, and help customers realise value from their technology investments.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation, upgrade, and change projects across multiple customer accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
- Coordinate internal delivery resources, business analysts, technical teams, and third-party suppliers
- Facilitate steering committees, governance meetings, and executive stakeholder updates
- Provide day-to-day oversight and prioritisation across a portfolio of project and BAU activities
- Identify and manage changes in scope before they impact delivery outcomes
- Support quality assurance of business requirements and specifications prior to customer sign-off
- Drive strong project governance, reporting, and communication throughout delivery

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering enterprise SaaS implementation, technology change, or software delivery projects
- A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM, or equivalent
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Demonstrable success managing project budgets, risks, delivery timelines, and scope
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior decision-makers
- Excellent planning, governance, and reporting capabilities
- Experience collaborating closely with Business Analysts and reviewing requirements and specifications to ensure delivery readiness

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience working with configurable enterprise software platforms
- Exposure to insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience supporting, mentoring, or guiding junior team members within project delivery environments
- Experience delivering business transformation or platform modernisation initiatives
