Job Title: Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Location: London, UK Job Type: FTE Is it Onsite/Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid; 4 days in-office
Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end to end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors programs, including S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements. The role requires strong leadership, SAP domain expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-vendor environments. The role demands strong governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence across predictive, Agile, or hybrid models. and Good on CMMI quality ..
Key Responsibilities • Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors projects from initiation to closure using SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams • Manage cross functional SAP teams including Finance, Procurement, BTP, CPI, Basis, and Security • Oversee onshore–offshore delivery models and third-party vendors • Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates • Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure data migration readiness, UAT planning, cutover execution, and go live support • Control project budgets, forecasts, billing, and financial tracking • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards • Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices • Initiate projects by developing project charters, business cases, and stakeholder registers • Define and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resource plans • Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of project plans • Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and earned value metrics
