Project Manager - Service Specialist 12 Month Fixed-term contract

Job Description

Own the integrated delivery plan across multiple workstreams; track milestones, dependencies and progress across stakeholders. Drive governance: prepare updates, steer actions, maintain RAID, and ensure clear ownership and drive actions through to completion. Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders (National/Regional Sales Organisations and central teams) to maintain alignment, pace and consistency of execution. Produce clear, decision-orientated status reporting and escalate risks/issues early to protect delivery timelines and outcomes. Support adoption and implementation readiness across markets, helping maintain momentum and reduce inconsistent execution risk. Maintain structured programme artifacts (plans, actions, RAID, key decisions) to ensure continuity and transparency during the maternity cover period. Work closely with team members, ensuring project-led activities are managed effectively while BAU ownership remains clear. Protect delivery outcomes by removing blockers, driving stakeholder engagement, and sustaining a strong execution cadence.

Responsibilities

Proven experience delivering complex programmes/projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a matrix environment. Strong capability in governance, planning, scheduling, dependency management, RAID management and structured reporting. Confident stakeholder manager: able to drive alignment across markets/functions and keep delivery moving at pace. Experience supporting transformation / operational efficiency initiatives (ideally in service operations / customer support context). Highly organised, proactive and outcome-focused; able to manage competing priorities and protect timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce concise, decision-ready updates for leadership. Experience working across pan-EMEA / multi-market operating models and familiarity with service transformation topics such as remote resolution improvement and outsourcing / service desk operating models is desirable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
