About the role...
We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our forward-thinking and dynamic Portfolio team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering strategic projects that support our growing partnerships with local councils and private landlords.
A key focus of this role will be supporting our partnership with Essex County Council, one of our most significant contracts, which will see almost 200 bus shelters installed across the county over the next eight years. Alongside this major programme, you'll also lead the delivery of a range of special projects, each varying in size, complexity, and scope.
You'll bring structure, organisation, and strong project management expertise to ensure these initiatives are effectively mobilised, planned, and delivered. Working with teams across the business, you'll help us achieve successful outcomes, maintain strong client relationships, and continue to deliver projects on time and within budget.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
