Project Manager – Trenchless Rehabilitation

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple trenchless rehabilitation projects, implementing strong leadership across clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your role ensures coordinated resource use, project performance monitoring, and consistent customer service and project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of trenchless rehabilitation projects, from award through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, operational teams, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and coordinate project programmes, aligning schedules with client and contractor needs.
  • Plan labour, plant, equipment, and material resources to optimise project efficiency and delivery.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, revenue forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Approve supplier invoices, customer applications, and project documentation before submission.
  • Attend key meetings, including client meetings, pre-start meetings, and site inspections.
  • Provide operational guidance to site teams, resolving challenges to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Track project progress to guarantee timely completion within agreed-upon timescales and budgets.
  • Review daily reports, timesheets, and site documentation to maintain accurate project records.
  • Collaborate with senior management on major equipment procurement and resource planning.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Preferred Skills

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Proven track record managing CIPP (Cured-in-Place Pipe), trenchless rehabilitation, manhole coating, or drainage infrastructure projects.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to projects across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.

Education & Certifications

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • SMSTS certification and CSCS Managers Card.
  • Experience delivering CIPP lining, drainage rehabilitation, or utility infrastructure projects.
