Project Manager (Steel Frames)
Construction Resources are delighted to be working with renowned national property organisation who seek an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering steel‑framed buildings projects across industrial and commercial environments.
You’ll lead projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality delivery.

The Role Lead the delivery of steel‑frame construction projects £1m–£20m Interface with commercial office fit out teams (Cat A and Cat B) Manage programme, budget, quality and site performance Oversee steel erection, cladding, envelope and associated civils Coordinate design, engineering, fabrication and installation teams Chair progress meetings and maintain strong client relationships Manage subcontractors, logistics and site resources
